Purchase Agreement/Contract

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. The buyer has a 72 hour guarantee in which
he/she is urged to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet.    If new owners vet finds an inherited problem with the puppy’s heart or liver, owner
must notify seller at that time along with a report of findings from the vet. Seller has the right to have the pup
checked out with her vet. If vets are in agreement, seller will replace the pup with a same valued pup as soon as
one is available or issue a full refund.  Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and buyer's vet fees.  If buyer does not live locally, he/she
is to notify seller within a 72 hour time period to make arrangements for the return of the puppy. Once the puppy
has cleared the initial vet exam it will be understood that seller has provided a healthy pup and that the care of the
pup is now in the hands of the buyer. No exchange will be made after the 72 hour time period. No vet bills will be
refunded at all.

A 72 hour guarantee against life threatening inherited problems of the pup’s heart & liver comes with your purchase. If any of the said problems are found, proof from a licensed vet is needed. 
Buyer will have to pay the expenses to ship the pup back.  Seller will have the pup checked by their own personal
vet.  If both vets are in agreement, a replacement pup of same value will be given at first availability. Although we
have never had or expect the death of a puppy, if this should happen, a full autopsy will need to be performed. 
The findings will need to be sent to or called to the sellers vet in order for the guarantee of the heart & liver
guarantee to be effective.  Again if pup needs to be sent back, buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

We do not guarantee that our poodles are show quality or that they are potentials for breeding, therefore, our entire
poodle puppies are sold as pet quality.  We also do not guarantee the weight, height or color although we try to
give our best estimation. This guarantee excludes hips, patella joints and knees.

Testicles are not guaranteed on any puppy that is sold as a pet. 
All male puppies are to be neutered when they leave by the new owner.

A new puppy can be stressed due to a new environment. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure your new
puppy is eating, drinking, and made to feel comfortable in the new surroundings. Proper nutrition of any puppy or
dog is very critical.  We recommend that you feed your new puppy "Human Grade" dog food. The web has a lot
of great information to help you in choosing the right one. We are not responsible for your puppy getting ill due to
stress. If you feel or see signs of your puppy getting stressed, please call your vet right away. Some stress signs
are loose stools, not eating or drinking and not wanting to move around.

We understand that circumstances come up and the buyer may not be able to keep their new puppy, if such a
situation should occur, Seller will take back the puppy and find it a forever home.  No money will be given to the buyer and buyer is responsible for the shipping and vet costs. NEVER TAKE YOUR POODLE THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM US TO A POUND OR SHELTER! Call us & we will help you find a suitable home for your beloved pet.

Puppies are exchanged in the first 72 hours if all of the following are met:
1. The puppy is said to have inherited problems of the heart & liver by a Vet within hours
     of pickup.
2. There must be a Vet written statement explaining the above inherited problem.
3. The puppy must be returned alive within a 72 hour period.
4. We do not exchange or guarantee puppies against hypoglycemic problems (Low Blood Sugar)
     this is the responsibility of the new owner. Ear Mites, Worms, or Fleas are not grounds to
     return a puppy.
5. Out of state puppy buyers will have to pay shipping costs to send the puppy back and to receive the
     replacement puppy.

         By taking ownership of this puppy, I agree to abide by this agreement.
